By engaging with Camilla Business Coach services, including but not limited to the VIP Growth Day, Thrive Coaching Program, Strategy Intensives, or Group Mastermind, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you (the client) and Camilla Business Coach. Please read them carefully before purchasing or participating in any services.

Service Description

Camilla Business Coach provides personalized coaching services designed to help small entrepreneurs scale their businesses. Services include 1:1 coaching, group programs, workshops, and access to digital resources like templates and checklists. Specific deliverables, such as session duration or resource access, are outlined in the service agreement provided upon purchase. All services are delivered virtually or in-person as specified at booking.

Refund Policy

VIP Growth Day Guarantee: If, after completing the full 6-hour VIP Growth Day and implementing the provided action plan, you don’t feel you’ve received a clear, actionable strategy, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the session. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@camillacoach.com with an explanation.

Other Services: Refunds for other programs (e.g., Thrive Coaching Program, Strategy Intensives, Group Mastermind) are not offered unless explicitly stated at purchase. If you are dissatisfied, contact me within 7 days of the service start to discuss alternative solutions.

Digital Products: Downloads, such as the Free 5-Step Business Growth Toolkit, are non-refundable.
